Be sure you provide a link that allows us to preview the track (myspace, itunes, etc.). If your track is not yet released, please include instructions on where we can download the pre-release song. We prefer 320 Kbps MP3, .WAV or .AIF.

CONCEPT:*Please describe any concept ideas you have for the video. Any stylistic treatments, locations or direction that you want to share. What is the mood of the song? How might the music video reflect this?
Our team will art direct the music video as well, but want to hear your concept. A good concept increases the chances of being selected.
EMAIL:*What email we can reach you at to keep you up to date on our decision and confirm your submission?
Your email will be kept private. Our privacy policy states we will not share your personal information with outside parties. We hate SPAM too!
PHONE:*We will correspond via email primarily, but we also need a phone number should you be selected. What is your phone number, including area code? Your number will kept private. Our privacy policy prevents us from adding you to lists or sharing your information.
AGREE:*You agree that you are in the San Francisco or Los Angeles area, or are able to travel there for 3 days during the production of your video.
You agree to release the video and showcase it in its entirety / unmodified on your band's website and on any of your social networks (myspace, youtube, or similar) for at least one year.
